Lisa helped me prepare for a conversation I was dreading. I went into it calm instead of anxious, and it went so much better than I had anticipated.

Maybe you're thinking...
“I’ve figured out harder things than this. Why am I still stuck here?”
“I know I need to make a decision. I’m tired of going back and forth.”
“I want to grow, but I don’t want my life to get more stressful.”
“There’s more I want. I’m ready to stop talking myself out of it.”
“I’m excited about what’s next. I want the right support around it.”
Private Coaching
Bring the decision, the relationship, the business issue, the leadership challenge, the personal stuff, or the bigger question about what you want next.
Maybe you’re too close to it.
Maybe you’ve been thinking about it for weeks.
Maybe there are three things tangled together and you’re not even sure which one needs your attention first.
Private coaching gives you a place to sort through the full picture with someone experienced in your corner.
We’ll look at what’s actually going on, what matters most, and what needs your attention now, so you can stop carrying it around and start moving on it.

The Executive Edge
You want to make the decision and move on.
Say what you mean without rehearsing it ten times first.
Handle difficult conversations without thinking about them all night.
Stop letting one person, one meeting or one situation take up so much space in your head.
Have more energy left for your life.
And go after bigger things without adding more pressure to everything you already carry.
Organizational Advisory
The same issues keep coming up with the team.
Decisions take too long.
People aren’t saying what they really think.
You’re spending too much time managing tension, fixing misunderstandings, stepping into problems that shouldn’t need this much of your attention, or wondering why the same thing keeps happening.
At some point, it stops being an individual leadership issue. Something about the way the team or organization is working needs a closer look.
I work with founders, executives and leadership teams to figure out what’s actually going on, where things are breaking down, and what needs to change.
Apply for Organizational Advisory →The cost of working on the wrong problem
The problem you can see is not always the problem that is driving it.
Until you notice it only happens around one person.
Until you realize almost everything is waiting on one decision you haven’t made.
Until you notice your confidence is completely intact everywhere else.
That’s where a lot of time gets lost.
Not because you aren’t trying hard enough, but because you’re putting energy into the wrong thing.
The faster we get to what’s actually driving the issue, the less time you spend thinking about it, managing it, working around it, or trying another solution that doesn’t quite fix it.

Natasha O. · Engineer & InvestorAfter a divorce, one CEO found the impact spilling into every area of his life. His confidence had taken a hit, he was avoiding difficult conversations, and it was affecting how he showed up with his team and family. Through coaching, he rebuilt his confidence, repaired important relationships, handled the conversations he’d been avoiding, and felt like himself again at work and at home.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out. Start with what you know, and we can sort out the rest from there.
You don’t need to decide that before we speak. Start with the Test-Drive Consult and bring what’s actually going on. If I think Private Coaching, The Executive Edge or another option is the better fit, I’ll tell you what I recommend and why.
You don’t need to have it neatly figured out. Bring the situation that keeps taking up space in your head, the decision you keep circling, or the thing that isn’t working the way you want it to. We’ll sort through what’s happening and get to what actually needs your attention.
No. We get to work. Bring one real situation, decision or problem and we’ll spend the hour on it. The session also gives both of us a chance to see whether longer-term coaching feels like the right fit.
No. There is no automatic next step. The Test-Drive Consult is for people who are seriously exploring longer-term coaching, but continuing is a mutual decision. I’m selective about who I take on privately, and if I believe there’s a strong fit, I’ll explain what I recommend. You can decide from there.
Organizational Advisory may be the better fit if the issue involves team dynamics, decision-making, communication, structure or how the organization is functioning. It’s designed for founders and executives who have the authority to make or influence decisions about bringing in outside support.

If you don’t want to still be dealing with this a year from now, bring it.
We’ll use the hour to work through what’s really going on so you can make the decision, have the conversation, or finally move forward on what you want.
