The Magnetic Leadership Accelerator is where you break through that ceiling and embody the clarity, confidence, and accountability to bring to life you're aligned highest 12 month vision. 

As soon as you join, you’ll schedule your onboarding session. During this call, you’ll be walked through the client portal, the weekly curriculum, and how to access live sessions. Each week, you’ll complete a focused curriculum module—expect to spend between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on your pace and depth of reflection. Bring any questions to the weekly Q&A, or drop them in the private community thread to be answered live. You’ll also have the opportunity to step into a Power Seat—a focused hot-seat session designed for bold, high-leverage action. Power Seats happen during our Power Hour, which follows directly after the Q&A. Currently, all live sessions run Wednesdays from 4–6 PM EST (subject to change). The last week of the month is implementation week, there will not be a live session. This rhythm is designed to keep you in motion without burnout—clear, grounded, and consistently expanding.

Recordings will be provided if you can't make the live sessions.
